Rates

Totalspeech online speech therapy has a contract with (almost) all Dutch health insurers. Please let us know in advance where you are insured so that we can check if we have a contract and if the speech therapy is therefore reimbursed. Speech therapy is included in the basic package, meaning it is fully reimbursed (please note the deductible). The costs of the speech therapy treatments are billed directly to the health insurer and paid to us.

Cancelling an appointment Online speech therapy sessions take place by appointment. The appointment must be cancelled by telephone or email at least 24 hours in advance. This is due to the reserved time. If you cancel the appointment less than 24 hours in advance, the speech therapy session will be charged to you personally. These invoices cannot be submitted to the health insurer. The missed appointment fee amounts to €40.
