Online speech therapy sessions take place by appointment. The appointment must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance by telephone or email (to the treating speech therapist). This is due to the reserved time. If you cancel the appointment less than 24 hours in advance, the speech therapy session will be charged to you personally. These invoices cannot be submitted to the health insurer. The missed appointment fee is €40.
